How we engage
One monthly fee. Everything handled.
There are no packages and no tiers. Marena works with a small number of private clients on a single custom monthly retainer per household — the move, the residence, the staff and the day-to-day all sit inside it. Scope and fee are written together on a discovery call, because a principal arriving alone and a family arriving with staff, schools and a property portfolio are not the same brief.

Four rules we do not bend
No packages
We do not sell tiers. Nobody should pay for a chef they do not want or a school search they do not need. Your scope is written after we understand the household.
One monthly fee
Everything — relocation, staffing, household management, oversight — sits inside a single monthly retainer. No per-task invoices, no surprises at the end of the month.
Told upfront
Where a broker, landlord or supplier pays us a fee, we say so in writing before you engage them. Nothing about how we are paid is a surprise.
A small book
We hold a limited number of households at a time in Antioquia. When the book is full, we say so rather than dilute the service.
Start with the call. The plan follows.
Forty-five minutes, no charge, no obligation. You leave it knowing what moving to Antioquia actually involves — and what it would cost to have it handled.
